The Smart-e 444K-725 is a HDBaseT transmitter/receiver pair capable of transmitting UHD HDMI signals up to 4K UHD resolutions. The extender pairs provide the pass through of wide band bi-directional InfraRed signals and full duplex RS232 up to 115Kbaud. Whilst POH power (24V) can be sent by either the TX or RX through the Cat 6 cable to provide power to the re-mote end. The NewLink HD-EX345-120-RX (Receiver Only) HDMI over a single CAT5/CAT6 receiver is an add-on to the HD-EX345-120 extender to allow point-to-point using one transmitter and one receiver, or one-to-many by using one transmitter to many receivers. One-to-many will require an unmanaged gigabit networking hub and multiple receivers as shown in the diagram.
