The HDMI-DN301AE 3 HDMI inputs to 1 HDMI display switch allows the extraction of audio from the active HDMI input and sends it to the optical SPDIF output or the stereo RCA socket on the switch for a connection to a separate amplifier or surround sound decoder. The HDMI-DN301AE supports 4K x 2K as well as 1080p HD including 3D. It also supports the audio return channel to return audio from the display to the switch and on to the amplifier.
